LEADERSHIP TEAM

Michael began working in the construction industry at just 17 years old, starting alongside Adrian where their strong working relationship and shared values eventually became the foundation of Tandem Projects.

With qualifications including a Certificate III in Carpentry, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, and a Diploma of Building Design, Michael brings both hands-on experience and technical knowledge to every project.

Passionate about quality craftsmanship and thoughtful construction, he takes pride in delivering homes that are built to last and finished to a high standard.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him tackling projects around his own home (the life of a builder, am I right?!) or spending time with his young family.

DIRECTOR

Adrian Grover

BUILD OPERATIONS LEAD

Bringing in excess of 23 years in the building industry, Adrian brings deep, hands‑on experience and a strong leadership presence to Tandem Projects.

He began his career as an apprentice on small residential sites across the Northern Suburbs of Wollongong, and his career progressed, he moved into both commercial construction and high‑end residential projects, working across all across Sydney.

As a qualified Quantity Surveyor, he brings an additional layer of technical expertise, offering valuable insight into cost management, project planning, and delivering work to an exceptional standard.

Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistently high standards, he is a trusted leader who brings stability, skill, and experience to the team.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following the Sydney Swans, keeping up with Formula 1, walking the dogs, and happily tending to the garden.

Brooke Grover

OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION

With a background spanning operations and administration within both the property, and the legal industry, she helps keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Her organised, steady approach supports the team day to day and ensures projects stay on track.

Brooke also brings a creative edge, having studied at the International School of Colour and Design and earning her Certificate IV in Design. Her interest in styling, interior design, and architecture gives her a natural eye for detail and an appreciation for the spaces the team helps bring to life.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys travel with her family, staying active at the gym, and running socially. 

In the office she’s happily kept company by two West Highland Terriers who are very much part of the family.

Courtney Cole

MARKETING, BRAND & CONTENT

Coming from an interior design background and over six years of industry experience, Courtney leads the branding, marketing, and content direction for Tandem Projects.

After completing her Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration, she developed a strong eye for detail, spatial design, and creating spaces that feel both functional and refined.

Her design background brings a thoughtful, aesthetic-driven approach to the Tandem Projects brand, helping communicate the level of care and craftsmanship behind each build.

Now balancing business and motherhood as a new mum, Courtney plays an integral role in shaping the company’s identity, client experience, and creative vision.

Ziggy

SITE SUPERVISOR

Not afraid to get her paws dirty, Ziggy's officially titled site supervisor. Expert in snack management, patrolling the site for rogue tennis balls and seeking out the best sun baking spots.

Dylan

APPRENTICE CARPENTER (3RD YEAR)

Since joining, Dylan has become a reliable and hardworking member of our team. Clients will see him actively learning, contributing on site, and always willing to step in and support wherever needed.

Nathan

CARPENTER

Originally a sub-contractor and now a full-time team member, Nathan is a trusted part of the Tandem crew. Clients will see him delivering high quality carpentry work on site.

Ben

CARPENTER

Ben brings consistency and craftsmanship to every project. Clients will see him working closely with the team to deliver precise, high-standard carpentry outcomes.

Jake

APPRENTICE CARPENTER (2ND YEAR)

With a background as a surfboard shaper, Jake brings a unique level of precision and attention to detail. Clients will see him developing his skills while contributing to the quality finish of each project.

Toby

APPRENTICE CARPENTER (1ST YEAR)

Toby is currently in his first year on the tools, learning the ropes and building a strong foundation in residential construction. With a great attitude and eagerness to learn, he’s quickly becoming a valued part of the team.
