Your project manager stays well on top of the progress of your project with weekly internal reviews which allows us to closely track milestones, manage scheduling changes, and ensure any agreed variations are clearly communicated. You’ll always know exactly where your project stands.

  • We believe transparency builds trust. You’ll receive clear, itemised invoices that show precisely where your money is being spent. We continuously track costs against your approved budget so you remain fully informed and confident about the financial progress of your project.

OUR PROCESS

Consult & Planning

We begin by getting to know you, your home and your vision. After an initial questionnaire and on-site consultation, we’ll guide you through budgeting, timelines, approvals and the best approach for your project. Whether you already have plans or need help connecting with an Architect or Designer, we’ll help set the foundations for a smooth process.

Design, Approvals & Quoting

Once your plans and concepts are developed, we work closely with your Architect, Designer and consultants to refine the details and prepare for approvals. From there, we provide a clear and transparent estimate or detailed quote so you understand exactly what’s involved before construction begins.

Construction & Project Management

With approvals and contracts finalised, construction begins. Throughout the build, we manage trades, timelines and communication to ensure everything runs efficiently. You’ll receive regular updates and ongoing support so you feel informed and confident at every stage.

Completion & Handover

As we reach completion, we carefully review every detail to ensure the finished result meets our standards and your expectations. Your home will be professionally cleaned and handed over with all relevant documentation, warranties and maintenance information so you can enjoy your new space with confidence.
